Accessing the Template Settings
Navigate to the settings page
Locate and select "Export Template Settings"
Click the "Customize" button
Under "Purchase Order," select "New PDF Template"
Creating the Template
5. Name your template
Choose a descriptive name that clearly indicates the template's purpose
Example: "Detailed PO" or "Simplified PO Template"
6. Customize your PDF layout
Add or remove sections
You can customize the PO PDF export template using both grouping and non-grouping options. By default, the system template is set to the non-grouping option. However, you now have the flexibility to select either grouping or non-grouping for your PO PDF exports.
7. Review and Save
Review your template
Make any necessary adjustments
Click "Create" to save and finalize your template

You can also create templates directly while:
Sharing PO as PDF
Downloading PO as PDF
After Creation
Your new template will appear in the PDF export options when working with Purchase Orders
You can edit or delete the template later through the same settings menu
Note: PDF Export Templates can only be created for Purchase Orders (POs).
Note:You can create multiple templates for different purposes.
