Follow these steps to exclude products from the Replenish page in Fabrikatör while still tracking sales and revenue. This method is useful when you have products that you no longer wish to replenish but still want to see them in reports and track their performance.

When to Use This:

  • End of Season: If the season for a product is almost over, and you don’t want to replenish stock, but you still want to track sales and revenue.

  • Products that won’t be restocked: These products will not be replenished anymore but you still want them to appear in reports.

Tracking Sales and Revenue: Setting the Days of Stock to 0 does not exclude the product from tracking sales or revenue. It only removes the product from the replenishment process.

Hiding Products from All Sections: If you want to exclude products from all sections of Fabrikatör, including sales tracking and PO creation, refer to this article: How to Exclude Products from Fabrikatör.

Steps to Exclude Products from Replenish:

  1. Set Days of Stock to 0:

    • Go to the Days of Stock column for the product you want to exclude from restock.

    • Set the Days of Stock value to 0. This will indicate that the product should not be included in suggested restock calculations.

  2. Check the Suggested Restock::

    • The product will be excluded from the restock suggestion.

    • The product will be labeled as “Excluded” in the Suggested Restock column.

  3. Change Days of Stock If Needed:

  • If you wish to update or change the exclusion status, simply enter a value other than 0 in the Days of Stock column to include the product again in the restock suggestions.

Following these steps, you can exclude products from replenishment without losing track of their sales and revenue in Fabrikatör.
