If you’ve been using Fabrikatör for more than 3 months and your store’s trailing 12-month revenue has increased beyond the upper limit of your current subscription, you may qualify for a new plan tier.
This message is simply a notification asking you to review and confirm the updated plan that fits your current scale.
❓ Is this a price increase?
No. This is not a platform-wide price change.
Fabrikatör assigns plans based on a store’s actual annual revenue, so what you’re seeing is a tier adjustment — not a price increase. The pricing structure is consistent and transparent, and the most current version is always available here:
❓ What do I need to do?
If you agree with the proposed plan:
✅ Approve the new plan via your Shopify Admin panel within 14 days of receiving the message.

❓ Will my plan change automatically?
No. We will never change your plan without your approval.
You will need to confirm the plan update manually through your Shopify billing portal before any changes take effect.
❓ What happens if I don’t take action?
If the new plan is not approved within 14 days, your Fabrikatör account may be paused until the plan is confirmed.
We’ll send reminders before this happens — and our team is available to help if you need more time or clarification.
❓ I’m on an annual plan — does this apply to me?
If you’re on an annual subscription, you won’t be asked to change anything during your active term.
You’ll only be prompted to review updated plan options at the end of your annual cycle.
❓ My account is only a few weeks old. Why did I receive this?
