What's coming
Reorder suggestions. Fabrikatör will suggest how much of each material to order, and when.
Based on what you will sell. Suggestions will come from your usage rules and the forecasts Fabrikatör already makes for your products. If a product is expected to sell 200 units and each one uses 0.5 Meter of tape, that's 100 Meter of tape.
Using what you already set up. Current stock, materials already on the way on purchase orders, lead time, minimum order quantities and pack sizes will all be taken into account.
Clear when something is missing. If a material lacks what it needs for a good suggestion — a usage rule, a lead time, a supplier — you'll see what to add.
Straight to a purchase order. Turn a suggestion into a purchase order.
Get ready now
The better your materials are set up today, the better the first suggestions will be.
Add your materials under Configure → Materials and count their stock.
Give each material a main supplier.
Add usage rules, so Fabrikatör learns from every order that ships.
Buy materials on purchase orders with Add materials, so what's on the way is already known.
Until suggestions arrive, use the Incoming quantity and the Activity history on each material page to decide when to reorder.
