How to edit the purchase order email content?
Fabrikatör prepares purchase order emails that are ready to send with email body and attachments prepared based on the contents of your purchase order.
You always have the ability to change the following qualities of the purchase order email:
From address: Select from your defined email addresses.
To address: Pre-populated with your supplier's email. You can add and remove
recipient addresses.
Subject line: Pre-populated with the purchase order number, however you can change it as you wish.
Message: This is the email body generated by Fabrikatör. It includes high-level details about your purchase order.
Attachments: Attachments include the PDF and CSV version of your purchase order. Any files you've uploaded to Attachment-type custom fields on that PO are listed here as well — tick the ones you want to send, as they aren't selected by default.
