You can delete purchase orders in Draft and Approved states if they are not needed anymore. You cannot delete purchase orders once they are received or partially received.
Deleting draft and approved purchase orders
You can delete purchase orders by navigating to Purchase Orders and clicking on the purchase order that you want to delete.
Deleting received and partially received purchase orders
You can't delete the received or partially received purchase orders because those orders have linked inventory adjustments. Instead, you can consider archiving them.
