When you first install the app, we sync data from Shopify in order to get your historical sales and inventory data. We need this data for building an accurate forecast.
The transfer of the historical data may take from a few minutes to hours depending on how fast Shopify servers respond to our request.
We recommend visiting the app the next morning for having the first meaningful results ready.
