How to find backorders?
There are two ways to find backorders:
If you are looking for specific backorders based on a purchase order, you can use the show backorder listings button in the backorder section of the purchase order.
You can directly go to the backorders page.

Finding Your Backorders
Backorders help you manage out-of-stock items that customers have purchased. Fabrikatör offers multiple ways to locate and manage these backorders efficiently.
Methods to Find Backorders
Method 1: From a Specific Purchase Order
If you're looking for backorders associated with a particular purchase order:
Navigate to the Purchase Orders page
Select the specific purchase order you're interested in
Scroll to the Backorder section within the purchase order
Click the "Show Backorder Listings" button
View all backorders associated with this specific purchase order
Method 2: Through the Backorders Page
For a comprehensive view of all backorders across your store:
In your Fabrikatör dashboard, navigate to the main menu
Click on "Backorders" to access the dedicated backorders page
Browse the complete list of all backorders in your system

Note: The backorders page may contain numerous entries. For better organization, see the "Filtering Backorders" section below.
Method 3: View Related Shopify Orders
To see the original Shopify orders associated with backorders:
Open the relevant purchase order
Look for the "View Customer Orders" hyperlink
Click this link to be redirected to the Shopify Orders page
The page will automatically display only orders associated with this purchase order
Tips for Managing Backorders
Regularly check your backorder list to stay updated on pending customer orders
Use the filtering options to prioritize backorders based on date or product
Cross-reference backorders with incoming purchase orders to estimate delivery dates
Communicate with customers about their backorder status.
