What do different statuses mean?

  • Draft Status: When a bundle product is first created, it is created in draft status. In this status, the bundled product and component products are tagged throughout the website. On the Control Center/Value in Stock, calculations will consider the draft bundle. However, the Inventory Planning calculations won't be triggered yet.

  • Live Status: When a bundle is edited into Live it will trigger Inventory Planning Calculations and will show suggested restock data of the component products considering individual and bundle sale data of that component in the Replenish page and the new Purchase Orders page redirected from there.

  • Discontinued Status: When a bundle is edited into Discontinued it will undo Inventory Planning Calculations. However, it will still show the tagging and value in stock changes formed during the draft status.

  • If you want to remove the bundle altogether with its effects you can consider deleting it using the delete button. (How to view the details of the bundle?/3/c.)
