There could be two reasons why your products are not appearing in Fabrikatör:
Hidden Products:
You may have requested to hide certain products, which would exclude them from being displayed in Fabrikatör.
Tracking Quantity Not Enabled:
Fabrikatör syncs products from Shopify, but it requires the "Track quantity" option to be enabled at the product or variant level in Shopify for accurate revenue calculation and total sales quantity.
If the "Track quantity" option is not enabled for a product or variant in Shopify, Fabrikatör will not consider the revenue or quantity from those items. Consequently, they will be tagged as archived, and restock suggestions will not be provided for them.
Recommendations:
If you've intentionally hidden products, ensure that you still want them hidden. If not, you can request to unhide them.
Check if the "Track quantity" option is enabled for all products or variants in Shopify. If not, enable it to ensure accurate tracking of revenue and quantity in Fabrikatör.
