You can use Shiphero integration in Fabrikatör in two ways:

Send Purchase Order to Shiphero: Prepare your purchase orders in Fabrikatör and let the integration handle sending them to ShipHero.

Receive Orders via ShipHero: ShipHero can send purchase orders back to Fabrikatör, which will automatically update the corresponding PO in Fabrikatör.

1. Send Purchase Orders to ShipHero

  • Prepare Orders: Create your purchase orders in Fabrikatör as usual.

  • Send to ShipHero: The integration will handle sending these purchase orders to ShipHero.

  • Event Mapping:

  • Define When to Send PO to Shiphero: Choose whether to send purchase orders to ShipHero:

    • When a PO is created in Fabrikatör: Choose Do nothing, Create PO on Shiphero or Update PO on Shiphero

    • When a PO is approved in Fabrikatör: Choose Do nothing, Create PO on Shiphero or Update PO on Shiphero

    • When a PO is updated in Fabrikatör: Choose Do nothing, Create PO on Shiphero or Update PO on Shiphero

  • Map Locations: Ensure that your locations are mapped correctly between Fabrikatör and ShipHero to direct the orders to the correct destination.

2. Receive Orders from ShipHero

  • Sync Received Orders: ShipHero can send purchase orders back to Fabrikatör.

  • Automatic Updates: The integration will automatically update the corresponding PO in Fabrikatör.

  • Event Mapping:

  • Define When to Receive: Set up conditions for when items received in ShipHero should be synced to Fabrikatör.

    • When items received in ShipHero: Choose Do nothing, or Receive Items in Fabrikatör.

Only purchase orders that are created in Fabrikatör and sent to ShipHero can be synced as received POs back to Fabrikatör.
