Fabrikatör provides an easy-to-follow process for importing bundles. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you import your bundle data successfully.
1. Getting Started
Click the "Import" button to begin the process.
Review the supported columns and their formats:

2. Upload File
Click the upload area or drag and drop your file into the designated zone.
Supported file formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX, XLSB
Ensure your file's first row contains headers.
3. Match Columns
We'll automatically match your file's columns to the required fields.
If necessary, manually adjust the column mapping using the dropdown menus in each column header.
Ensure that BUNDLE_SKU, COMPONENT_SKU, and QUANTITY are correctly mapped at minimum.
4. Import Data
Review the mapped data for accuracy.
Click "Next Step" to proceed with the import.
Your file will be processed, and the bundles will be added to your inventory.
5. Create Imported Bundles
After successfully importing your data, you'll be guided through the process of creating bundles based on the imported information.
After the data is successfully imported, you’ll be guided to the Create product bundle page for each bundle.
You'll see the bundle details, including the bundled product name, description, and status.
Product components are listed with their quantities.
Review each bundle carefully before proceeding.
Tips for Bundle Creation:
You can remove any imported bundle by clicking the "Remove Bundle" button if you don't want to create it.
Progress will be shown at the top (e.g., “Creating Bundle 2 of 8”).
You can edit the bundle details, including the product name, description, and status (Live, Draft, or Discontinued).
Verify the components and their quantities for each bundle.
6. Finalizing Bundle Creation
After reviewing and potentially editing each bundle, click "Save and Continue" to move to the next bundle.
Repeat this process for all imported bundles.
Once you've gone through all bundles, the we will finalize the creation process.
Remember, you're creating bundles based on your imported data, so ensure all information is correct before saving each bundle.
