Filters Explained

Let's go over each filter item and what it means for you.

Available Stock: This filter item allows you to add an available stock count filter. For example, you may want to list products that have more than 10 items on your inventory or below 0. It's a numeric type filter. Click here to list stockout products on your account.

Daily Sales Average: This allows you to filter your products based on their daily average sales. "Daily Sales Average" is calculated based on the forecasting days you defined per product. Days of Stock: Days of stock (DOS) basically defines how often do you want to replenish a product. This filter allows you to filter your products based on defined Days of Stock value. To learn more about it, please refer to our "Setting days of stock" article.

Forecasted Stockout Date: Fabrikatör calculates the forecasted stockout date for each product based on their daily sales average and available stock. It basically means how many days each of your products' stock can last. This filter item allows you to filter your products based on the forecasted stockout date.

Has Active Stock Alert: This filters the products whether they have an active stock alert or not. It's a boolean (true/false) filter. If you combine this filter item with the "available stock is 0" filter, you'll be able to reach the list of urgently needed products.

Incoming Stock: Incoming stock count indicates how many items are expected to arrive. The number comes from the sum of each approved purchase order which excludes received items. This filter allows you to search your products based on the incoming stock count. Eg. if you set "incoming stock is less than 1" and "Suggested Restock is greater than 0" filters together, you'll get the list of products that need to be ordered.

Lead Time: Lead time is the duration between placing a purchase order and receiving the new inventory at your warehouse. This filter allows you to filter your products based on lead time value. It's a numeric type filter. To learn more about Lead Time, please visit "Adding lead times" and "Why do I need to enter lead times?" articles.
