Go to the Settings page.
2. Under the Settings page, find the Purchase Order Settings section, which has a dropdown named "RECEIVE INVENTORY DEFAULT BEHAVIOR".
3. Opening the dropdown will give you three options:
Always ask to choose
Update Shopify when items received
Receive items locally
4. Choose your preferred option and press the Update button. From now on, whenever you press the Receive Inventory button on a Purchase Order, it will behave accordingly.
