How to add a tracking code to the Purchase Order?

  1. Create a new or edit an existing Purchase Order.

  2. Enter Tracking Code

    • Input a tracking code or paste a tracking code URL into the designated field.

  3. Save Changes:

    • After entering the tracking code, ensure to save the changes made to the purchase order.

  4. View Tracking Code:

    • The specified tracking code will now be visibly displayed on the Purchase Order Screen.

🌟 Analyze Tracking Code: You can analyze tracking code in reports by including the Purchase Orders Tracking Code column.

✅ Download and Share Tracking Code

You have the option to download the Purchase Order in PDF and CSV formats, which include the tracking code by default.
